Privacy Policy

At Nexora Academic Press (“we,” “us,” or “our”), protecting the privacy and personal data of our users is a fundamental commitment. Our Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when individuals interact with our websites, digital platforms, products, and services.

We collect information that users directly provide to us — such as names, contact details, payment information, profile data, professional background, and account credentials — as well as data gathered automatically through technologies like cookies, usage logs, and device identifiers. This information is used to operate, personalize, and improve our services, manage user accounts and subscriptions, process transactions, respond to queries, and support research and analytics. We may also use data to generate insights on usage trends, compliance reporting, and quality assurance.

We share personal information only in limited circumstances: with our affiliated companies and service providers who help deliver our products, with institutional administrators where access is provided through organizational subscriptions, and when required to comply with legal obligations. Wherever applicable, users retain rights to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable law. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data and periodically review and update our privacy practices. Our Privacy Policy applies to all products and services that refer or link to it and may be supplemented by additional service-specific notices.

Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions form the legal foundation governing the use of Nexora Academic Press digital platforms, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing, browsing, or using our Services, users agree to be bound by these terms.

These Terms define the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both users and Nexora Academic Press. They cover important provisions such as intellectual property rights, authorized use of content, user obligations, and restrictions on misuse. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content and services for lawful, personal, or scholarly purposes only, subject to compliance with the Terms.

Prohibitions include, without limitation, copying, redistributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from our proprietary content without prior written consent. Our Terms also describe how disputes will be governed, limitations of liability, and how users can safely and securely maintain account credentials if applicable. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services or these Terms at any time. Continued use following any posted changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

In addition to general Terms of Use, specific Terms and Conditions of Purchase govern the purchase of products and services through our merchant websites. These set out the contractual obligations between buyers and Nexora Academic Press, including how orders are placed, payment obligations, and how purchases are accepted. By completing a transaction (e.g., clicking “Proceed to Pay” or similar), purchasers confirm they have read, understood, and accepted these conditions.

Pricing and Refund Policy

Nexora Academic Press strives to ensure customer satisfaction with all products and services purchased through our official channels. Our Refund Policy outlines conditions under which refunds, returns, or replacements may be requested and processed. The current processing service costs 1200 EUR per product.

For digital products or services, refunds are generally not available once the purchase is completed and access has been granted, except where required by law or as otherwise noted at the point of sale. Where fees are paid for specific services,  refunds may be considered only under limited circumstances, such as where payment was processed in error, alternative funding is applied, or services cannot be delivered. Refunds for publishing services are typically returned via the same method used for payment and may require submission of supporting information such as invoice details.
